Chinese Cuisine
The popularity of Chinese food in America can be adjudicated by the appearance of China Town in many major cities in the United State of America. The popular trend of ordering or opting for Chinese take away food isn't unknown in America. Chinese take away food comes to rescue when you're too tired from work or too exhausted to cook. No one can resist the temptation of eating spicy noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork cooked in the sweet and spicy sauce. The cooking method of authentic Chinese food is a lot different compared to what is served in America.
Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions. Back in China, the food is less spicy and oily as they favor steaming and braising method for cooking the most popular dishes. So, if you have a taste for authentic Chinese food, then try finding a real Chinese restaurant in the city. You can also try the most popular fusion Chinese food like Pecking Duck, Chicken Feet, Hot Pot, Shrimp Dumpling Soup, Mapo Tofu, Wontons, Chop Suey, Egg Rolls and not to forget Fortune Cookies.
There are not many restaurants in America serving authentic Chinese food. A little research on Restaurant Listings directory can help you locate the best Chinese restaurants in the city. Chinese cuisine is continuously evolving, and you can find a variety of dishes categorized as the food for lactose intolerant, gluten intolerant, vegan, vegetarian, and diabetic friendly. So, if you have a group of friends with different taste patterns, save the hassle and visit the nearest Chinese restaurant in your city.

Called at 10:10 to place my order. The girl at the counter answer with an attitude. Told me to "Hurry up and bring cash"!. Upon arrival they hadn't even started my food but where quick to take my Cash. Why would a business that advertises that the take credit card demand cash? Why would a business that advertises that there open till 10:30 tell you to hurry when it's 10:10? I left the restaurant for five min while my food was being prepared. When I returned the girl at the counter tossed my food on the counter without a Thank You or Goodnight. Wow is that how you treat your customers?

Very good food. Employees are very nice too. Their chicken and broccoli is the best! This chinese restaurant is the best in this area.

This place is your typical Chinese takeout restaurant. But the food is on point compare to other places I have been through. 3 stars a ok place for take out.

Monroe County Dept. of Health Notified. I have been to some real dirty take outs before but this once is vile. Cluttered with stuff all over and bathroom will leave your skin crawling. Wife ordered shrimp with green been. She recieved mostly spoiled, rotten string beans. When I say rotten...I mean rotten, mushy and recooked old string beans.... I think the dish was intended for me since Im white and my wife is chinese. I received some devilish smiles on the way out...So Im sure then intended that dish for men. We called the counter girl over and she initially acted like nothing was wrong. I asked her to eat it or give her money back. She then stated "Maybe because they are out of season" (Why serve it then?....and why so much?) Its in a ran down shopping center. How do these places continue to operate? I tell you how...free food and pay offs

I am in love. The server was friendly and joked around with us. The counter I should say. The food was reasonably priced and tasted great. It is a gemstone in a shopping center. I got eggdrop wonton soup which I can never find . Love is how I felt about the soup. My hubby got the happy family and liked his but I added pork and rice to my soup. A meal fit for a queen or king I made.it is great they are next to a grocery store so go shopping and then stop by here for lunch or dinner. You won't regret it.

Wow, this place is great. I have been trying different places since moving to the area and this place tops them all! The place is a nice clean place to even stay and eat. Prices are great and food is made very fast. I have and will continue to come to this place. I highly recommend this place. You will not be disappointed.

As far as Chinese places go, this one is pretty much the best I've found. Not even locally (local Chinese restaurants are mostly bad), but overall, it's great food! They have better variety, their food is not greasy, you can substitute for brown rice. I mean their eggplant chicken is amazing. And they have udon! I loved the duck udon. Try them, they're awesome!
